Heart Attack.....
The heart attack occurs when the flow of the blood to the heart is blocked. This blockage is formed from the build up of fat, cholesterol and other substances which forms a plaque in the arteries which feed the heart (coronary arteries)
This plaque sometimes rupture and form a clot that blocking the blood flow to the heart. This blockage of the blood flow will destroy or damage a part of the heart muscle.
The condition of the heart attack is called myocardial infraction.

The signs of the
-Discomfort felt in the middle of the chest that lingers more than a few minutes, or disappears and then returns, it may feel like pressure or squeezing or heaviness in the chest. It can fell like indigestion or a burning sensation.
These are some of the important signs |
-Discomfort or pain in other places of the upper body, one or both arms, stomach , jaw , neck, or back.
-Shortness of the breath, with or without chest pain.
-Cold sweats, nausea or lightheadedness.
Other less common symptoms include:
- Sudden feeling of anxiety that can feel similar like panic attack.
-Excessive coughing or wheezing a build up of fluids in the lungs.
The more of these signs you are experiencing, the more likely it is a heart attack
If you feel like you may be experiencing a heart attack, it is important not to wait and call 112 ( Kuwait emergency no ) to seek a medical assistance.
When responding to a heart attack , every minute counts. Even if you are not experiencing the symptoms or very mild symptoms, it is still smart to call the emergency to seek the medical assistance.
